Happy, Happy Ne
w Year!
We wish you all the best,
Great work to reach your fondest goals,
And when you’re done, sweet rest.
Hopefully for your fulfillment,

A brighter, better new year than

New Year’s Reflections

Looking back on the months gone by,
Like a new year starts and an old one ends,
We contemplate what brought us joy,
And we think of our loved ones and our friends.
Recalling all of the happy times,
Remembering how they enriched our way of life,
We reflect upon who really counts,
As the fresh and bright new year arrives.
So when I/we ponder those who do,
I/we immediately think of you.
Thanks for being one of the reasons I’ll/We’ll have a Happy New Year!

On this page, you’ll find free New Years poems, New Year greetings and New Year poetry for New Year cards and e-cards, New Years toasts, a rhyme for any New Year’s Eve party invitation, and one about a New Years Eve party, plus two New Years resolution verses. Note: I know New Year’s is supposed to come with an apostrophe, but most people don’t type it this way into their search box. So to let people find this page, I have put the term in most three ways that people search for what’s here.

New Years poetry is usually a general greeting card greeting, like this New Years wish. It is a Happy New Year poem.

Happy New Year To You

Happy New Year to you!
May every great new day
Bring you sweet surprises–
A happiness buffet.
Happy New Year for you,
And when the new year’s done,
May the following year be even better,
Full of pleasure, joy and fun.

A New Year Using the Lord

A new year is about to unfold
With new opportunities to explore
Doors will open for new experiences,
New adventures using the Lord

Remember not the former things,
The things of this past year,
The Lord will do new things in us
Much more than we are aware

For He will make a way for us
Once we put our trust in Him
And He will guide our every step
By His presence we have within

What God has placed within our hearts,
We find we’ll have the ability to do
If we look for the opportunities,
We’ll begin to see the door to go through

We mustn’t let anything hold us back
But rise and take our place
And become all that God wants us to become
With a fresh touch of His grace

New Year Resolution Poem

As 2014 comes to a close,
Here are a few words, of my own I chose.

Now Christmas has been and gone,
And so has my bank balance all in one.

Here’s to a new year, and the resolutions to make,
Now starts the betting, on the first I will break.

Is it the fags, the drinking or the food that makes me fatter,
Might be all of them, in time, but it doesn’t matter.

All I can ask for, is all that I’ve got,
The love of my missus, family, and that’s the l
